Harnessing the power of IT for increased productivity and personal efficiency requires an appreciable high level general understanding of technology, and the practical issues of governance, policy and law arising therefrom.
Covers the legal framework governing sports in Ghana and internationally, including player contracts, sports governance, dispute resolution, doping regulations, and intellectual property in sports. All modules are required.
Introduction to the Ghana legal system, constitutional law, contract law, torts, and everyday legal principles that govern daily life.
Corporate governance principles under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992), board responsibilities, shareholder rights, and compliance.
Negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and conflict resolution strategies for modern business and legal environments.
Direct taxes, VAT, stamp duty, budget analysis, compliance obligations and enforcement under Ghana Revenue Authority.
Ghana's new Land Act, land registration, customary tenure, land administration, and dispute resolution in land matters.
Fees include certificate and all training materials. Lower rate applies if all modules are registered.
Group and institutional rate
Register 3 or more participants for Civil and Commercial Mediation and pay GHS 3,500 each instead of GHS 4,000.
